Content You Create: We store the recipes, weekly schedules, and settings you create within the app.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including features accessed, actions taken, and diagnostic crash reports, to improve the Broccolini service.

Broccolini uses Google Cloud Vertex AI to power three features:
No personal account information (such as your name, email, or password) is sent to Vertex AI. Under our agreement with Google Cloud, content sent to Vertex AI is not used to train Google's AI models and is not retained by Google beyond the processing request.

Broccolini is not directed at children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we become aware that a child under the applicable minimum age has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Broccolini allows you to import recipes from third-party sources, including websites and photos, for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import any content into the app. Imported content remains the intellectual property of its original creators. Broccolini is intended for personal recipe organization and is not intended for the redistribution of third-party content.
